    • Don't underestimate the power of cleaning the house on high speed. High energy chores can score you 120 steps per minute.
  • Slow Down Your Laundry Routine
    • On the flip side, you can take it easy and make your chores painfully slow. Laundry is a great one to drag out for extra steps.
